Zoup! Reviews

I ordered from zoup.com kind of on a whim, even though I usually stick with my go-to soup place out of habit. the whole process was smoother than I expected. My order was ready fast, everything was correct, and I didn’t have to deal with any weird mix-ups, which already put it ahead of some places I’ve been loyal to for years.
The staff was really nice too, even though they looked busy. I asked a quick question and they answered like it was no big deal, not rushed or annoyed. I’m still a little torn because I’ve been loyal to my usual place for so long, but this was such an easy, friendly experience that I’d definitely order from Zoup again

I’m always a little worried I’m going to get fooled by places that look like a good deal but end up being tiny portions or bland food. Thankfully, this wasn’t the case. The food was tasty, the portions were fair, and I walked away feeling like I actually got my money’s worth.

I really wanted to like Zoup! more, but the menu just feels kind of limited. The soups are decent, but after going a couple times, everything started to feel similar. Maybe they keep the menu smaller to make things easier or faster, but I’m not totally sure. If you’re not in the mood for soup or a basic sandwich, there just aren’t a ton of options. It’s fine for a quick lunch, just not somewhere I’d go often for variety.

I grabbed the soup today it was really fresh and tasty. It totally hit the spot. Like, I was just expecting a quick bite, and then suddenly I was taking it very seriously because it was that good

My order showed up fast, and everything in the box was exactly right. i wish I hadn’t waited so long to place it because there were no issues at all this time
